Salary: $12.00 per Hour
Work Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday (May 28th thru August 3rd)
Provide administrative support with marketing efforts, prepare performance analysis and other reports, ordering supplies, printing/collating materials and their distribution; assist in areas of social media engagement (crafting, posting and tracking posts across various social media platforms); organize and maintain editorial calendar, coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure social media activities help to support business and mission initiatives. Under supervision, produce, direct and edit videos, web commercials, and other posts.
Special Requirements: Currently completing a Bachelor Degree program in Marketing, Management, Communications or Computer Science. Experience leading social media platforms, to include Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn. Creative and engaging writer/communicator able to work within social media platforms’ restrictions while adhering to projects’ tone and voice guidelines; ensure industry current relevancy and best practices. Proficient with MS apps., text editing and data manipulation; able to work with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; lift, push, pull 10-15 lbs.; provide own transportation/drive to off-site facilities as necessary.
